What ever you start to do anything, we need to do a strength and weakness analysis of ourselves so that we have clear idea and destination we are going to head.

When you take a plane and you ask the pilot will I safely reach LONDON or USA. If a pilot said I am not sure or give u a probability answer. 80% I will land safely and 10% I will hit the runway and 10% I will hit by the storm. So are you willing to take this pilot plane?

So identified your goal and dream and what you want to achieve in your dream and be a good leader so that you can assure your member 100% that you can help them achieve their dream.

No one wants an indecisive leader!
